Can't login on portal

What exactly is not working?

Cant login on the Web portal. Well, I can, but it's not working properly

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

Whenever I log in and try to claim rewards, it tells me I'm logged in on another device, and automatically logs me out

Any Screenshots or videos of the issue that help us to understand it better?

    Your not alone mine has been doing it as well. It usually happens when getting the last free reward. But my game is the same.

    I got the same problem with trying to claim the last reward logs me out saying I'm logged into another device

    Same here... maybe the intern of Scopely screwed up again, as this speed up-turnbuckle is only available in store for KoK subscribers.

    I have the same issue. Can't collect last reward. Says I am logged in on another device.

    It will say that if you try to grab the tour speedup item while you are not subscribing to the KOK subscription.


    if you check in game it says you need the subscription to get it but the portal doesn't say it, it just gives that error, we already flagged it so it could be better showed next time

    hey you can reference this #8530215 every time i login to portal using chrome browser puts me in to tutorial mode. i have the game on two other devices both android 11 all up to date
