Did not receive proper level up after spending coins

Today my Tech Cesaro did not level up 10 times when I spent that exact amount I had during the PG Era upgrade task. I chose max and it took the coins and only leveled him by 1; However all of the coins were disbursed away from me. I'm not sure if this occurred with any of my other Superstars but I did see it happen with Cesaro PG Era Tech
