Player Profile Reward Did Not Accrue

What exactly is not working? I claimed from my Rewards section one of the previously awarded 3 Chad Gable shards and 1,000 Heatwave Briefcase Combos, however, I was never given the items! Every time I try to chat with Support, they send me the boilerplate response that the Daily Rewards have been suspended! I KNOW THAT! I'm asking about already distributed awards that I claimed, but they did not accrue to my account, but good luck trying to communicate that message to a Bot.

What are the steps to reproduce it? I can't reproduce it because I didn't know I wasn't going to get it when I claimed it.


When or since when did it happen? Sunday afternoon (8/14) - when there were a lot of glitches and server errors floating around.


How often do you experience this issue? That one happened once.


What device are you playing on? Phone


Which OS and game version? Android - It is the most recent version available in the Play Store.


What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name)

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side? Sent several chats to support - see above for frustration with their lack of response.


Any Screenshots or videos of the issue that help us to understand it better? Again, no because I didn't know it wasn't going to work at the time.
