What exactly is not working? I have a 4 star bronze ken shamrock. I pulled a 5 star bronze ken shamrock out of the 18 silver league loot. When I went to fuse him, it glitched. Now it shows I have an undeveloped 5 star ken shamrock and a developed 4 star ken shamrock.
Where in the game did it happen? It happened in my roster
What are the steps to reproduce it? I don't know. Have a 4 star ken shamrock and try to fuse him with a 5 star ken shamrock?
When or since when did it happen? the glitch is still in my roster

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game about 3 times. I downloaded the game on my wife's iphone and the glitch was still there.

The issue isn't being investigated. I did reach out to support but I am not getting any where. The support bot keeps taking me in circles because my issue isn't on there. Is there another way to reach out to support?

You can also go through scopely.com but it's a similar system. even if your issue isn't listed you can get the message to support. choose the closest option and you can freely type the message

What exactly is not working?
I have 2 Shamrock WMDM on my roster. 1 is 4sb and the other is 5sb
