Unable to log into account waiting 5 days

Five days ago I reported to scopely customer service both in game and also I went to their website and sent them an email from there. I still have not been able to play on my account for five days.
if anyone on here can offer me any advice I would greatly appreciate it, and another question, all the rewards that I’m missing out on and tours, is that just gone because customer service is slow? Or will scope compensate me?

Apologies everyone, just to let you know sometimes I use my Apple ID to sign in sometimes I use FB.
My son has a scopely ID that he logs in and plays under. We’ve been playing this way for I don’t know 8 to 9 months now. Never had a problem.
Then all of a sudden one day I go to sign in and it won’t go into my account, it took me to a “Champion” follow by some random numbers at league one.
I asked my son about it and he has same problem.
The game AND web portal reset us both the league one.

that would be because you are currently playing on a new account because that's the default name given to new accounts so someone probably started a new game instead of loading his account and then linked that new account to your ID instead of the old, either way that is something only support will be able to assist you with
