What exactly is not working?

When Triple H (Evil Skull King) wins a match, he's supposed to lift a hammer above his head. The animation occurs but the hammer itself is missing.

Where in the game did it happen?

At the end of a match where Triple H (Evil Skull King) wins.

What are the steps to reproduce it?

Win a match with Triple H (Evil Skull King) and watch closing animation.

When or since when did it happen?

Not sure when this started occurring but was working fine originally.

How often do you experience this issue?

Every time I win with Triple H (Evil Skull King)
