Cannot claim reward

My in game id is Draechan and I have an iOS and fairly early in the game The Rock congratulated me for being ahead of him after I hit career and it says “Tap to claim reward” I have done so several times cancelled and tried again even removed it from my iPhone and reloaded and it still does not let me claim (screenshot follows)
