Internet Connection In Match Events BIG Issue

Can you please fix this issue, I know that every user playing this game is having the same issues and reported it. This is not a internet connection problem. I believe it’s coming from the app, and the developers C++ who built this game. This issue has been like this for 2 months and It has not been resolved.
This Problem has been happening multiple times in the game events and tournaments.
