What exactly is not working?

purchase wrong pack admin took back items and sent other pack but sent me 20 instead of 30 loot coins , 6hrs left to event been waiting in support since 7pm 14/04/2022

    made a mistake purchasing packs online asked support to help and they sent me less than the pack should have admin made a mistake it looks like , please help me .the hrs on the event are counting down , been in support wait time since 7 pm 14/04/22 now only couple hrs before it closes ....... i dont wanna be stuck with a 100$ usd pack stuck in my bags ... would be completely ridiculous :(
