I bought a starter pack and i bought backstage passes from portal on the first day.

I recieved them both to the rewards screen in game app.

The starter pack when i claimed gave me a 2sb character and nothing else.

No content to which i have proof.

The backstage passes i clicked and my phone reset and i had no content either.

I spoke to support regarding both issues in one statement and they replied we know about the backstage passes we will be sending out reimbursements within 24 hrs.

Closed the ticket, didnt ask for a reciept and avoided speaking about the starter pack.

Ive provided a screen shot of the money coming out of my bank, a screen shot of the 2sb in my account with my screen name showing, a screen shot of the area greyed out showing i bought the starter pack.

They have closed 5 tickets down and told me get a reciept from xsolla.

Tryed this and nothing and tryed to get a reciept from the bahka as i was told i need a transaction number.

Scopely and xsolla staff need retraining and a lesson in manners and how to be helpful.

Many times before they have sais they will go through the log on the computer and sorted things out.

Now they are being rude ,unhelpful and damn right ignorant.

37 hours since i bought the starter pack and still no help at all.

Ive loat money before to these ignorant people i wont again.
