Didn't receive my rewards and purchases

I purchased on the portal. Collected all event and stamp rewards. Went into game and they were there. I collected all and they never showed up. What do I do?

You will need to contact in game support, Having receipts handy will speed up this process.

there was no "general issue" to sort out, that was not a general problem, just one person having an issue, if you did too then contact the game support yourself as well as his issue don't have anything to do with yours.

weeks ? They have been down for 7 days, they had a popup screen on the portal all week saying that stamps were gonna be down until fixed.

I have had this problem since I signed in. Nothing that I claim from the portal appears in the game. The two are on the same user ID. I thought that I had to be at a certain level to receive the rewards, but I cannot get to speak to a human in support to find out what the problem is.
