Did not receive trial characters

I have not received the trial characters. I have restarted multiple times and even reinstalled. Support keeps closing my ticket thinking I'm talking about the tours. I'm on android os. Screenshot provided

    Having the same issue, none of the trial characters were loaded in my game iOS, android or portal

    I have the same issue, thought I was just losing my mind but least I'm not the only one with the issue
