Getting New account while logging in on portal

Hi scopely support person, my real ign is Roman 343655 but when I logged in on portal with facebook it throws me into new account named Champion44873 . And my forum real account name is Roman1. But when I sign up with fb it forces me to create new account. So plz give me my both accounts back.
