Unable to get into faction chat to heal.

What exactly is not working? Can not get into the faction chat to heal on both the web portal and on IOS. Both freeze up while loading the screen.


Where in the game did it happen? Faction chat


What are the steps to reproduce it? Going into faction chat


When or since when did it happen? Noticed it Saturday till now could have been happening sooner.


How often do you experience this issue? Everytime I go into the chat.


What device are you playing on? IOS and computer


Which OS and game version? I phone se current game and also on the web portal


What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name)

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side? When it happened on the IOS I checked for updates on phone and game. On computer cleared the cache.


Any Screenshots or videos of the issue that help us to understand it better? Attached what I see on my computer (I get this error on both my home and work computers). The blank screen you see in that screenshot is also what I see on my phone minus the error message
