Trickster Stacy finisher damage

Is Stacy’s finisher supposed to stay at 156k at 1sg/2sg/3sg/4sg/5sg? Every time she’s bronze rarity her finisher damage goes down until you’re back at gold rarity .There is no other character whose move damage has this pattern.

there's actually a lot of characters that move get worst but going bronze of the following tier, some have shorter area effect, lower gem generated etc, all balancing is done for gold
