missing purchase

I'm getting zero help. I purchase the starter pack and backstage every month. So I go to claim it in game because I bought it on the portal the game freezes and I don't get anything.

I send my ticket , they need a receipt and I send it back only thing I purchase with my cash app through the portal.

I've more than proved that I purchased it. Y'all see my account and it clearly shows I bought it because it's blacked out. I just want my card and event milestone and I'm never purchasing on that damn portal again.

As you can see it was purchased I didn't get anything.

The forum team can't assist with this you will need to go through support. You will need to provide the receipt sent to the email for the portal purchase.
