Rhea Ripley is not full 4ss

What exactly is not working?

I had Rhea Replay The nightmare (tech) at 4ss with 3 full stars and 1190 shards. It said that I required 1200 shards to have her at 4ss with 4 full stars. I Finally got 1200 shards by purchasing 10 shards using 10 rubies. Now I can't have her at 4ss with 4 full stars. The only way to have her this way is by spending 2000 green stars (tech)

This isn't a bug. 1200 shards is required to recruit her at 4sb. if you already have her over 4sb you won't get anything for having 1200 shards.
