What exactly is not working?

Missing purchased pack(didn't get 4ss shane fuse) and the side rewards from the event tab for spending real money did not come through.

Where in the game did it happen?

What are the steps to reproduce it?

Not sure but I would just like to have the items I purchased and rewards i should of had for buying them
