Says I collected the 10k from weekly web prizing, but not showing up in my rewards or in available loot

I've got kind of the opposite problem. The keys haven't been unlocked, so it won't let me collect them. Or perhaps I can collect them, once the stamp card expires. I've collected the rewards from the stamp card every day this week.
