Incorrect feud shard box for multiple users glitch

What exactly is not working?

feud shard loot box - I know what the new premiums shard loot box looks like when you are opening it when I opened the one I had, it was the old version one. I had all of those players too. I somehow had the old version loot box when it said I was suppose to receive the new premium box. There’s at least 2-3 other players I know of that had the same issue.

if you collected the box early enough you caught this glitch and some how had the wrong box.I know this happened before as a glitch during flash feuds too for some members who got the wrong box. We all feuded multiple hours and had this issue. We were the few ones who claimed the box within the first 5 or 10 minutes and got this glitch. We have not received compensation either. We did not get the Austin/high chief box. It was the previous one some how. I’m not sure how to explain what went wrong. We claimed rewards and another box appeared. But that box that appeared wasn’t the one the rest of the faction members had.

we all messaged in game support and they said impossible you’re lying and stop messaging us.
