I had claimed the free $1,000 in game cash from the daily portal stamps and I went to claim it from my inventory but it never went into my account. i have video proof of me claiming it in game but it didn’t show up

you misread the item as it was not 1000 cash, it was 1000 alexa bliss cash kickback POINTS, which are obviously worthless now that the event is over but they posted on their twitter days ago that this was not the intended reward and the right one will be sent later on
