What exactly is not working? John Cena "You Can't See Me" Dodge Chance lowered to 3% from 10%

When or since when did it happen? Unknown - Dodge's on him have been significantly lower than normal for weeks.
How often do you experience this issue? Constant

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side? Unable to attempt resolution.

Also - to add to above - Below is the screenshot of his initial preview from Guersans Gaming showing the dodge chance at 10% and being one of the great selling points of this card -

They gotta stop changing things like this without telling us anything. Especially when it pertains to a pretty big mechanic and for alot of people the selling point for actually buying/wanting the card.

Still awaiting a fix for this very premium character who has not been working as advertised (the main selling point behind this card) having 10% dodge but instead it is only 3%
Please advise when we can expect a resolution seeing as how this would be a very simple fix of replacing "3" with "10"

@2bob29 obviously it's more complicated than that as the house of cards which makes up the game's code has Cena's Dodge percentage as a key structural component.
At the point, should we be asking ourselves, "Do these devs just suck?"

The problem is that the move dodge is 3% at 5 star gold. Please see attached, it shows the same thing in the roster screen, the pre-match screen, and during matches.

Same issue. Apparently at 5sg Cena became more visible.
Unbelievable how this can happen and why it takes this long before the issue is resolved. Wasn't the entire promo around him that he had increased dodge ability?

Touching those values requires a bugfix update and can't be done on the server side. So, we try to put this fix into one of the upcoming updates.

How are we able to fix a character model on the live game, but we cannot edit a number from 3 to 10?

some parts are hard coded and need a client update to fix or change it and some are easily done without an update. basically, everything you can't touch ingame is hard coded, the rest like moves, trainer abilities, etc can be changed without an update, thus is faster to fix.

You’re telling me that the now 6 months ago I reported this there hasn’t been an opportunity for one single update to include the change that you responded to 24 hours after the initial post?
Are you not supposed to be the middleman between the community and the developers?

Just going through old bookmarks and when seeing this post I had an idea. Reading this back they haven't really said they were committed to making the change have they? Only that if a change were to be made it would be in an update patch. I don't own the character but if I did make him 5sg and he was not as intended, I would probably ask them to roll him back a tier. Refund the coins, tokens etc... maybe upgrade a different trickster to gold? I don't know, just a thought.
