Items bought in Portal transferred to the game but disappeared after I accepted them from rewards.

What exactly is not working?

I bought the $99.99 omos special loot and it sent to the game from the portal but it disappeared when I accepted it in the game.

Where in the game did it happen?

After I accepted it from my rewards.

What are the steps to reproduce it?

Idk hopefully Scopeley can retrieve it.

When or since when did it happen?

About 4 hours ago.
