Mailbox items no longer showing in rewards

What exactly is not working?

Items in my mailbox (rewards) are not showing after I updated. These items have not been claimed and I can’t even tell you what’s there to be claimed because it’s blank

What are the steps to reproduce it?

Tried to claim my items from webportal and I was bugged by a game freeze to get HPs back But nothing is showing from either in my mailbox I’m afraid they will be deleted after the 7 days and cannot claim

Delete and redownload Close and open the game

this would be an issue for support, tho please note there's a bug that show the red dot on the rewards tab after collecting mails even when it's empty and there is nothing left
