There can be nothing positive to say about this.
Not only can we not join a boss battle from our region, we have to guess or try to remember which of our team mates are from said region because the region/server named quite often was wrong. should a member of another region join then they can’t battle. We weren’t told this we were just left to guess.
The whole concept of this is just far too confusing. There was no where near enough information given. We shouldn’t need to go to some persons YouTube or Twitch account to find out the information that you should be giving us. At least if you’re going to give us information via YouTube do it via a WWE Champions official channel.
Not only was it an utter disaster, a disappointment and absolute chaos, there was absolutely no reason or incentive to play this feature. You took away a feud or showdown tournament which rewards us with month long contest faction rewards, month long contest solo rewards and feud rewards or showdown coins for something that has given us absolutely nothing. Zilch! We’ve had the above rewards essentially taken away, we’ve lost out and gained nothing.
There was no real real descriptive information about how to beat the so called boss, what the boss breaker feature is it, how to equip it or how it benefits anyone.
There were several times were matching blue and purple gems didn’t power up my blue or purple moves at all during an entire boss match.
The whole thing is just too confusing, too bugged and offers nothing to me at all. You’ve essentially asked us to put superstars into a scouting mission all week, put a weekend of gaming into a boss battle and not be able to use the superstars locked into the “line up” for absolutely nothing. No rewards at all. That’s absolutely disgusting and disgraceful when it was advertised as having good rewards. This is just another in a long list of problems to go with your lack of communication and lack of consideration for the players. You only care about those that line your pockets and make content on their respective channels, even then that’s debatable.
Whilst I’m here, the backstage pass was a decent idea to help people max the month long contest but it still works out at £9 a week, that’s £27/36 a month on top of the 3 star kick start pack just so we can blitz! Yes we can do normal mode blitz without paying, but considering how many points you need to max the faction blitz event and the lack of points earned in normal blitz it’s near impossible to get a enough points to not be kicked from a faction. You essentially need to pay £18 just to be able to do hard blitz so you can stay in a top 100 faction!
Pull rates in superstar pulls are ridiculously low considering how much you charge for a single coin pull. What’s even worse is that you add superstars into the loot which were given away for free or useless shards. A very minimal amount of shards, normally 10 to 50 for £4.49, thanks for that! Just from the three loots currently up right now there are 12 superstars that have been given away for free in the game, there’s probably a few more that I’ve missed.
Jeff Hardy, Tozawa, Nia Jax, John Cena evil robot, Jey USO, Hall of fame Piper, The Peoples Champ The Rock, Mark Henry the world’s strongest man, Killian Dane, Big Show nwo, Eddie Hall of fame and Seth Rollins the architect are the free superstars that I remember.
Talking of superstar shards, the feud reward chest is a joke considering we get 4 free shard chests a month. It’s even worse for those in the top 10 that actually get monster scores (I’m not in a top 10 faction before people think I’m wanting better rewards for me). The rewards are ridiculous considering the time and effort we put in, not to mention the millions of coins and turnbuckles we need to spend just to compete. Instead of shards why not offer an actual superstar like you used to, or actually something that helps us in the month long contest, faction points, turnbuckles or at least add some keys in the rewards which essentially help the faction in the month long contest.
In summary, sort out the blitz requirements before implementing new game modes. That’s a bare minimum. I shouldn’t need to pay £18 just to participate and be competitive in a blitz. No one should have to, not me, not those who are unfairly labelled whales for spending money.

Only good thing for now is that your guys don't lose hp after a fight.
Way too much lagging and freezing, suggest that scopely upgrade their servers first since we already had freezing and connection related issues in our matches with the AI, so trying to incorporate real time multiplayer mode as a whole into the game will not work.
Another issue is that I notice some of your teammates would just quit or afk in match, and during the boss move turns, we will be stuck infinitely since the game is 'waiting for those that quitted to make a move'.
The event contest this time round is horrible, lacking a faction contest since this is a faction fight? and the way to earn points in the solo contest is limited
My suggestion for if the game really want to add in a faction boss mode would be to reference other mobile games, where the faction can start a boss where anyone can just jump in to fight without having to assemble a team, the whole faction will work towards bringing the boss down. The boss can have a larger hp pool, according to the boss level, which updates in real time as the people fights. Scores and rewards should be awarded according to the amount of damage inflicted on the boss, and for each boss you can only use the same superstar on him once, so no going in with Montez 3 times doing 1mil+ per move.

- None of this was constructive about Faction Boss.
- You did not lose out on a weekend event as this MLC is 35 days long (5 weeks)
- You weren't forced to go to any one person's YouTube or Twitch channel, you had the opportunity to do so to get insider information from people who alpha tested the mode. You could have waited for the Q&A that was created to make its rounds around the community. Additionally, the information was given on the Official WWEChampions Twitch channel, and what does it matter if it's on Mherex/Guersan's/Goldie's channels or the Official channel. The information was there, you just didn't care to seek it.
- Just as in any game, in order to beat a boss, they idea is to kill it/make its HP to 0 in any way you can, Boss Breakers had a visible "Equip" Button along with a description of what the Ability itself does.
- Everyone agrees Hard mode shouldn't be paywalled, however this has nothing to do with Faction Boss.
- Pulls don't have anything to do with the Faction Boss mode, additionally, you are shown the rates are low, so if you are not comfortable receiving nothing then don't buy loot pulls.
- The Feud Reward chest also has nothing to do with the Faction Boss mode, however you are offered the potential of getting a top tier card for free, shards exist so all your money isn't completely wasted, and you can earn them by continuing to the play the game and featured contests they are in.
In summary, your complaints are generally that of a pretentious mindset. You aren't owed anything from Scopely because you didn't pull Snoop Dogg from your single loot pull or Walter from your free feud chest. Don't buy the backstage pass if you don't want to, the backstage pass isn't required to blitz, and many max the MLC without buying them. Backstage Passes are for tours, and if you want the resources inside of the bags.

Now that that's out of the way, this mode was fun and brought our faction closer together. It gave us more camaraderie, people that never spoke before are now friends.
I think in the future, scout missions should grant bigger bonuses to make all characters at least somewhat viable in the mode.
I did not like the fact that Macho King was required in order to beat levels 9 and 10.
Perhaps more assistance for multiply gem users? Make the multiplies affect the gems broken for the shield.
Either somehow make it so that the timer pauses for animations or disable them altogether.
I think there's a lot of other great constructive feedback here, whether you were for the mode or against the mode. Good work.

Hello I've seen maybe too much negativity towards this new mode... The pros were:
-definitely that it doesn't require to use health packs
-you get the victory even if you are eliminated before your teammates win
-the fact that if you beat f.e. a level 5 boss you get the level 1,2,3,4 rewards as well
Things that should be addressed:
-rewards (c'mon that was definitely not "awesome rewards" as advertised)
-lobby of people going afk remaining forever
-bossbreaker abilities were useless since we didn't have the opportunity to level them
-maybe it could make sense a way to revive your player that it is not too expensive (100hp, 100k coins, 250 cash, something like that)
- i didn't like the fact that at a certain point you hit a brick wall since you can't beat a higher boss but there is no point to play again at lower levels
-servers issues have been an issue since forever so don't know if this is constructive but hope one day they can be improved
Hope you improve the rewards, address issues anddon't abandon this mode immediately

To start faction boss was an absolute blast. It was a lot of fun working together with my faction mates. Hopefully there is a solution for needing to stay in your geographic server region. Might need to extend the turn timer to 90 seconds to help account for move animations

It is constructive criticism because to fully understand how this worked we had to watch videos from other people. Even the faction members said the best thing to do is to watch the videos.
It is constructive because it says we should be rewarded for a weekend’s worth of playing. Even if we were to play a simple tour with no event there’d be one line rewards. Even if we kept playing those tours we’d get loot rewards if we break the loot gems. Playing boss mode gave us nothing despite it being advertised as having rewards.
Everything could have so easily been better described rather than delegating the information to the testers/content creators etc to then hand down to us. Yes there was information posted in writing, however when there’s something new and difficult to understand like this then there needs to be some kind of explanation in theory, which is what we got but via non official channels.
It is constructive criticism because I’ve stated the bugs I’ve encountered, and server problems.
Unfortunately there’s always someone who doesn’t like to see their game criticised and will say “if you don’t like it, don’t play it” which is a pretty irrelevant argument. A paying customer is deserving of an opinion and right to ask better when something isn’t up to standard. Imagine if the likes of England and United States said “we don’t like it so we won’t play it” when witnessing Germany invade Poland in 1939.

For our faction the greatest challenge was starting a battle. If we join - why do we have to hit ready.. I'd rather see the select your boss breaker screen after you click join and the battle screen is loading (don't make it a two tier ready process - make it more like feud where we enter and then go). Help prevent endless frustration due to other members not understanding how to progress.
The milestones were tricky - if you entered a level 5 battle you missed out on all the rewards from level 1-4 because you didn't know it was supposed to be done level by level. Understanding the scoring was super challenging.
Obviously the server issues drove users batty, but I like the idea of the mode but would have liked higher rewards for participating - I gave up in part from the frustration of getting a lobby into battle and the rewards didn't make me feel like putting up with that.
Move animations need to go - or have a fixed time - some of the moves I used took way to long to animate - it was better to hit 3 gems than a row break because I was able to swipe again. I think for some it would be better if you were given a fixed number of swipes (or max) within 60-90 seconds - so you knew you weren't missing out and worried that your big fat fingers kept touching the wrong gem and the animation was taking too long before you could swipe again. (it was an odd way of playing knowing that I was setting up the board for myself - that will take getting used to).
Keep making new modes - they breathe a bit of life into this game.

Boss mode was a pretty fun and engaging mode. There are alot of things that would have to be fixed before it's a great game mode.
Servers should be locked. What I mean by this is that if I create a server and its US Central if someone from Europe joins my lobby my server shouldn't switch to Europe. This happened on quite a few occasions and when it did the people from Europe got disconnected leaving a 3 on 1 situation. So either the servers need updated or lock servers to where only US Central people can join a US Central server or Europe and only join Europe servers.
The 2nd issue is saw was the damage increase from 7 to 8 was massive and if your league mates didnt have a 5sg Dragon, Drew or Srone cold you weren't going to beat that boss level. Making it to where the higher modes needed Specfic p2w players sucked for most people in my faction.
The boss breaker abilities should be increase from 3 actions to 1 turn. The abilities were usually wasted because people didn't fully understand when to apply them.
I like the strategy and coordination that this mode will take. Love that it took no in game currency to play or that it actually damaged you champion to where you needed HPs to heal them. Great concept and mode just iron out the issues.

Boss Battle Feedback
Too many current in game bugs that have a negative impact the mode. The biggest one I experienced was the move glitch bug that freezes all moves (and the game) when a move is selected by the player. This causes the player to force close the game and that results in a huge disappointment for the player and the squad as the player is unable to continue and cannot substitute another superstar into the battle
Several seconds of delay between when a boss breaker ability is requested and when the request is delivered to team mates is too long. This should be under 3-5 seconds as the countdown timer is always running
Kudos for trying something new and different. However the mode is not very challenging.
I’m not advocating for 48 hours of weekend grinding. But it should take more than 2-3 hours to complete 10 levels. Once the ability to increase boss breaker levels is added, this will probably be even less challenging. Maybe shorten the time requirement for the event or add different bosses at certain intervals to keep this entertaining

First off I want to say the boss battle is completely separate from the 2021 event, that's another topic. As for the boss battle mode, I liked it. I know there are alot of people in the community that are going to say this is dumb, too hard, can't finish, waste of time, ect. But It is still only in Beta and will get better as tweaked. It is different than any of the other modes. I'm probably going to make some people mad but in my opinion most people won't like this because it's not a mode that you can just spend your way to the top or breeze through with 1 card all by yourself. It's a different mode that actually makes you work with your faction mates. This actually creates a real purpose for the faction, not just 100 individuals doing a task individually. There are different players in the community, some like feud, showdown, blitz, liked invasion, some are competitive, like to grind, like to just spend or not. It's another node for different players. It's just like every mode or event, you can do none, some or all of it. The IGC buy back feature is interesting, you could have "1 buy back"(hard) per player in one node(lvl 1-10) and a "no buy back"(hell) survival node(lvl 1-10) with different rewards/challenges.
I am excited about the opportunities and multiple challenges that can come to this mode, too many times the community finds a "shortcut" and then the modes becomes stagnant/broke. The possibility that this mode can be tweaked to make it challenging/different nonstop has me excited. I like that the characters are separated by styles, it actually brings that stat into the game now. It can make some older characters viable again. The possibilities of different targeted boosts for older characters, like in the MLC and possibly boss perks they could also add. I like the boss breaker abilities and am excited to see how they will scale at higher levels.
Once players understand the rules, concepts and strategies of the mode, more will enjoy it. Too many are not understanding the rules of the matches because it's new.
Now for the improvements, the randomness of the animation length of moves was frustrating, some long, some short and if you hit the move as the timer ran out then the animation caused the move not to effect the gem board, shield and took your MP. I would like to see the move action effect the board immediately and then be able to swipe the board if the animation is still going. Also make the move and action on the board still count as the turn timer runs out. Not being able to see whether the "Blue" gems you broke counted against the shield was concerning to not know if they counted or not. Lobby server overload/freezing was expected since beta, glad it was fixed so quick, I think this will be an issue going forward as this can be an issue in other online games including Xbox, playstation, ect. I would also like to see if you can implement stats, like most "shield/blue" gems broke, fastest time per level, win %, win/loss, ect.
Overall there were glitches, but I expected it as this was Beta, but the mode was enjoyable and I can't wait for the future possibilities and hopefully this mode comes into rotation with Feud, showdown & blitz.

Obviously it was a beta version so it will have bugs, errors, mistakes but i hope that it has room for improvement
According to my experience majority of the people lacked a superstar of the required color that was blue, good blue gem generators are really hard to come by, i believe the community would have had a better experience if it was black, red, yellow or purple ... blue had a 50%+ dmg too .... another thing i'd like to say is that multiply gems + snowfall + skill plates + all that generate gems should get counted towards the shield i guess at level 7 boss or above it starts dealing hell of a lot dmg and players can't get stuck there by breaking 3 per turn it's almost impossible ... even if a player breaks 20 per turn that makes 80 in total and i believe it was 200 required to break the shield and then after that comes the insane boss health My best were King naka for blues ... and dmg it was afa although it didn't do that much dmg since Black dealt -50% dmg If only it was a color other then Blue the results and experience would have been a lot better
So for improvements i would say,
- Improve Rewards ... at least make them worth the time spent.
- Try to improve or resolve connectivity issues like when match started 2 people left due to connection loss but they ain't experiencing anything like that in other stuff too.
- Increase time limit ... connecting + syncing + server lag issues consume like a total of 5-10 seconds and using a move then all that move motion consumes like 10-15 seconds in total ... i witnessed one more issue that after u have done a move or a 3 match it takes a few extra seconds before u could perform another action, i have not faced this in any other regular play.
- Make it that if u have used a move and the timer ends, random move is not an issue since it gets placed instantly but in a choose move scenario u r unable to do it and the move gets wasted.
- Next time choose color gem that majority of the community has or else no one will be able to enjoy it to the fullest
- And lastly i would like to say review all boss level health, damages, abilities, make it suitable for lower league players to play as well
So overall i had a not too much fun experience but i liked this mode and hope that 1 more faction boss will happen this month and the community can truly enjoy the mode with their faction mates and friends

As someone who is in a casual faction could we have the mode on a showdown event. It's the best time as we are most likely to complete all faction missions then. As for now we have not played this mode yet.

I was making a comment about the faction boss… it was buggy and glitchy like every new thing. I just suggested that they should spend the time and effort on other things to make the game more enjoyable
