Happened today playing on IOS. When I go to claim the rewards, I get the above error message and the game restarts. Tried to claim on wifi and without, to no avail. Also got the same error message trying to claim the free bag from the portal in my inbox. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, but the issue still exists.

Not sure if its related or not, but was also having issues with the LWO LT tour. Wasnt getting the bonus points for using Guerrero
