I received an email from support saying they have responded to my question. Inside the email, there is a tab that says “reply to scopely support” so I click on that and it takes me to the champions home page and starts a new conversation. Is there a way I can bring up a previous convo?

Hello disposablehero. I would just ask them to provide an update based on their last response. When the ticket is. Closed it can glitch out sometimes
