What exactly is not working?

My player card is incorrect

Where in the game did it happen?

Portal

What are the steps to reproduce it?

Type in my name and view my player card on the portal

When or since when did it happen?

Has been like this for a while

PC

Which OS and game version?

Windows (no game version, it is the portal)

What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name)

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

Nothing I can do. It is quite obvious that this is old and outdated as it is still showing the old talent values. Also, none of my 3 five star gold cards are showing.

Any Screenshots or videos of the issue that help us to understand it better?
