Missing Shards - Abysmal Support Experience

Before we get into the steps to reproduce and whatnot, let's talk about my horrible support experience.

I pulled Shayna TWICE at 5SS last night in a 3-pull out of the loot. I was given her poster, of course, and 3500 shards. Which the problem there-in lies it's supposed to be 4000.

In attempting to rectify a problem that should have easily been solvable with a little math, the tech support people who grabbed my ticket 1) didn't solve the problem and closed the first ticket abruptly and 2) are fighting tooth-and-nail that a 5SS poster is worth 3500 shards not 4000 when I've provided direct proof of the contrary.

As a person who WORKS in the tech industry, this is a good way to lose a customer permanently. I can't imagine the lunacy of going through this ticket to come back and tell me I'm wrong multiple times and double-down on a flat-out lie.

What exactly is not working?

Shayna Baszler 5SS drop provided 3500 shards instead of 4000
