Unable to use Moves or Props

This is a weird one, it has only happened twice, so far.

When my opponent finishes their turn, the game freezes very briefly, then when my turn starts I am unable to use my Moves or my Props. Everything else still works fine, I can swipe a gem, check bonuses for cards etc.. But the middle of the screen is a dead zone.

You can see in the pic, my finisher is loaded, and I have props to use, but when I touch that section it is dead. Next match things are fine again.

    Stated above. Moves are full, but unable to use them.

    Female Feud

    3. What are the steps to reproduce it?

    Unknown

    4. When or since when did it happen?

    Only during Female feuds last weekend.

    5. How often do you experience this issue?

    Again, stated above, 2 times during the feud.

    6. What device are you playing on?

    Galaxy 21 Ultra

    7. Which OS and game version?

    Android

    9. What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

    Nothing I managed to finish match without my Moves, then they worked the next match.

    Same issue just happened again.

    Hard 1 of Zombies Unleashed Mens Tour.

    Yiu can see in the screenshots that my Moves are full, but I am unable to use them.

    I had to swipe hems to get the win.

    Same thing happened multiple times to me. UGGH!

  • Been almost a month since we were told they would look into issue and guess what????? Still not fixed!!!!!! Go figure!
