Reward not received (loop in loading screen)

Hi I contact live chat support 2 days ago and there still no reply, so I have to come here and ask for help, I didn't received my reward (steve austin and motu faction contest rewards) please take a look the screen, when I try to claim it the other days the screen just freeze in loading , when I restart there no rewards in inbox, please help take a look asap , thanks

forum staff can't assist with these types of issues you'll need to work with support for rewards. You can try uninstalling for the loading issue then reinstall.

already uninstall and reinstall and live support still no reply ... motu prize wall will expire soon and I still have 400 t shirt need didn't receive....useless live support
