I bought the King Nakamura starter pack on the portal it made it to my inbox but when I went to claim it all of the items disappeared and are not on my account. I submitted a ticket with support but they have not helped in anyway with the issue. In addition I did not receive the 2 legendary straps from the milestones too. It someone could be of any help in getting this resolved it would be greatly appreciated.
