Can't Access game with mobile data

What exactly is not working?

It's been like 3 month since I can't Access the game with my mobile data. I Can Access with WiFi but impossible with mobile data. I tried everything possible uninstall then install with mobile data or then with WiFi still can't acces the game when i'm on mobile data. I got an error 94 screen when I try the installation with mobile data or get stuck in loading screen when app is already download with Wifi. Also I live in France if maybe this as something to do with this problem I Saw some people complaining being unable to Access the game on the app store commentary
