Game keep crashing/freezing at transition screens on every match attempts

What exactly is not working?

Game keep crashing/freezing on transition screen everytime I try to start a match on any mode/tours.

Where in the game did it happen?

Every match on different matches/modes/tours.

What are the steps to reproduce it?

From portal, try to start a match in any mode, tour, matches. Game crash at transition screen.

When or since when did it happen?

Since the launch of Becky lynch The man of wweternia tours.

How often do you experience this issue?

I've tried multiple atttempts on different matches on portal and all of them crashed. Haven't been able to play a single match on portal for almost 23 hrs now.

What device are you playing on?

Laptop

Which OS and game version?

Windows 10, 21082700.0.522

What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name)

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

Reload game, clear browser cache, restart the laptop.

Any Screenshots or videos of the issue that help us to understand it better?

First pic is a ss of one of the crash/freeze.

Second pic is a ss of console to show the error message.

Let me know if full error messages are needed for devs, I can post it if needed,

I've also recorded a short video of this happening but no idea how to post it on the above message. Do I need to upload on a hosting site and use insert media?

I got a solution from help support just now. I was advised to try a few different things and one of them works. I cleared cache+cookies on my chrome browser and game works normally again. I was clearing cache only on my attempts before posting here. Seems like cookies problem.

I tried to reply the support but seems like my conversation disappeared on support chatbox. So if anyone from here can let the support team know their advice works and my issue here is resolved. I will keep the post here for people with same issue can try this solution too. Thank you and have a nice day.

seriously can you fix the WebGL error, can play one match then it pops up and kicks me out and costs the match. Pathetic development standards. Does this in Chrome and Edge, yes the hardware acceleration is turned on. The error itself says the host should up the memory.
