What exactly is not working?

i onto get the rewards from the events and the rewards from the portal and every time i contact support nothing happens unless i keep complaining and sending in tickets

i just want the rewards that’s all

august 23rd the same day i sent in a ticket explaining my issue

This is the 3rd time

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

contacted support for the past 3 days and nothing was fixed

Any Screenshots or videos of the issue that help us to understand it better? didn’t receive the seth rollins shards because the portal crashed and i had already sent the other picture to contact support
