What exactly is not working?

I can not claim my strap up pass rewards since Sunday and I did not receive all my rewards when I used the daily auto claim on Sunday

I am still getting a error 90 or 92 when playing with mobile data and can only play when I have wifi.

I logged a ticket in game Sunday and Monday and am yet to get a reply


Meanwhile I am missing out on my paid subscriptions rewards
