What exactly is not working?

The game generates a connection error every 2 minutes preventing it from being played.

Where in the game did it happen?

In any section of the game.

What are the steps to reproduce it?

Once the game starts, it automatically generates a server error and the game restarts. The same thing happening over and over again

When or since when did it happen?

This happened since the game update. Before it worked relatively normal

How often do you experience this issue?

This error occurs every 2-3 minutes after the game starts.

What device are you playing on?

Smartphone Redmi Note 10, Android 11 4GB Ram

Android 11 and the latest game update

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

Uninstall and install again, clear cache.

Before finishing the other problem that I was presented with was in purchases in the store, on August 18 I tried to buy a coin from the fun faction loot with a cost of $ 4.99 and I threw an error in the Buy, try 3 times with the same negative result. Nevertheless The purchase receipt came to my mail and they deducted the amount 3 times and I never received the coins. I wrote in the game help and they never responded.
