There seems to be a glitch with my mutant Cesaro .. can you please help me scopely

Everytime I try to use my mutant Cesaro I receive an asset bundle error . Worse still is that if I don't use my mutant Cesaro but I face another mutant Cesaro in any game mode I'll get the same asset bundle error .

#1. What exactly is not working? I can't play as soon as I hit the go button the game starts to load but then I receive an asset bundle error

#2. Where In the game did it happen? In any game mode I try to use mutant Cesaro, or someone else is using mutant Cesaro. Fueds , showdowns , LT tours , stipulation tours , the best of 2021 tour

#3. What are the steps to reproduce it? I'm not exactly sure what that question even means to be honest . If I try to play any game mode with my mutant Cesaro I receive an asset bundle error . If I'm playing the showdown and someone is using mutant Cesaro I'll receive an asset bundle error if I try to fight them, in fueds if someone is using mutant Cesaro & I try to fight them I'll receive an asset bundle error

#4. When or since when did it happen? Ever since I recruited him to my roster ( 3sb) I have received the error anytime I've tried to use him . I thought maybe it was because he was 3sb so I put resources into him taking him to 4sb but the error still shows up

#5. How often do you experience this issue? Anytime I try to use my mutant Cesaro, or anytime I have to face another mutant Cesaro

#6. What device are you playing on? A phone ( ZTE )

#7. Which OS and game version? Android , version 0.531

#8. What is your in game name? ( case sensitive )-( obviously also your forum name ). My in game name is fastfrank , my forum name is fastfrank

#9. What have you tried so far to fix it on your side? I've tried everything from uninstalling and reinstalling , to contacting support , to asking faction mates for help , now posting this here

I've contacted support about this issue ever since I recruited mutant Cesaro & wasn't able to use him . I've been told everything from that development will be told about it , to that it's because my device is to old . But I've contacted support at the very least bi-weekly because I was told it was going to be worked on yet I'm still not able to use mine or fight against other mutant Cesaro's . I've even gotten a new device to try & I still got the asset bundle error

Can you please help me with this matter
