Career Mode is glitched, cant play it

What exactly is not working?
The Whole "career" mode does not work for me on Android phone or PC. once I click on career, it stays frozen and cant continue to play any daily challenges.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled on android phone , same issues

Everyday since August 3rd so its been 3 days in a row so far

Samsung Note 9 and Windows 10 Pro

Uninstall, reinstall, contact customer service twice now , 3 with this one

Hello TEAM, its coming up to 2 MONTHS now and still no answers?! So is this something that cant be fixed? Too many run arounds and no results just a bunch of helpless support personnel that asks the same questions over and over and give me the same answer..... It is open for the team to review. Do you need more time than 2 months?!

Hello Mr123. As previously mentioned, this is an isolated issue so your best option is support. The devs are active here but with a singular issue it won't have much priority. I'm sorry you have to deal with this issue for so long.

Hmm so Career Mode is a whole mode that includes.... Monday, Tuesday, Wendsday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday events and Deadmans Daily, Showdown mode, and of course THE ROAD. Not to forget VIP Challenges. Does that sound like a singular issue? That to me sounds like HALF of the game is NOT working. Correct me if I am wrong!?

And BTW Scopely has seen multiple Emails from me to your Support Team. For 2 Months trying to get an answer but your reply to me is always to CLOSE MY CASE.

Hello again. The support team is different from the forum mod team. To reference "singular" issue. What I mean is you're the only one reporting the issue on the forum. So a case that affects one player is unlikely to be handled prior to a case affecting multiple players

Have they fixed this for you yet as i have same problem since april 2022 nd someone else has now reported it this evening also so its making its rounds now surely this can get escalated

Hello-
ive been having this issue for about 7-8 months now and I have sent several chats in game to the moderators, yet my tickets keep being closed because they’re “aware of the issue.” I still haven’t gotten any updates. It doesn’t seem like it’s a completely isolated issue as other seemingly have the same problem on here. Can you provide any insight?
