Cyborg Cesaro keeps giving me error downloading asset bundles

What exactly is not working?

Ever time I try to use Cyborg Cesaro I get error downloading asset bundles when the match is loading and have to restart the game.

Where in the game did it happen?

Starting any match with him.

What are the steps to reproduce it?

Start a match with him as your super star.

When or since when did it happen?

It's been happening since I got him about a week ago.

How often do you experience this issue?

Every time I try to use him.

What device are you playing on?

Samsung Galaxy S20

Which OS and game version?

Android OS and the latest game update.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game with no luck.
