Glitched out of solo showdown contest points

In last week's showdown contest, when the new weekly bonus of 50778 coins were handed out, the game glitched out for a few minutes. In that time I had claimed the coins and got an error. When I restarted the app, the coins were added to my existing balance but I did not get any points for the showdown solo contest for collecting those coins. My final score was 10.195 million and it does not include the 3.808 million points (50778* 75) that I was supposed to get from claiming bonus. If I had got the points correctly I would have crossed 14 million and got the final three milestones. I have screenshot proofs of the glitch as well as the approximate breakdown of how I earned the 10.195 million and already shared them with Scopely support. But they simply keep closing the ticket saying I got 10.195 million points which was NEVER the point of contention. They do not even acknowledge the missing 3.808 million points let alone explain where they were included in my score. All the info provided can be easily verified in the backend if the team is doing their job. Yet for some reason, the response I get is that I got 10.195 million points, which, again, was never in contention. If the team believes I did get the points for claiming the showdown bonus, then they need to provide me with the breakdown which proves it. As of now there are no gaps in my breakdown which can account for that big of an amount. Here's hoping this post gets through to someone with enough comprehension skills to understand the issue and do the right thing

This situation must be handled by support as they have the tools to confirm your claim.

@JDRayne That is what I am trying to reach. So far, the email support redirects to a person named Leo who just closes the ticket saying I got 10.195 million points which isn't the point of contention in the first place. Nowhere does he try to explain where the 3.8 million points went.
