URGENT Error when claiming flash market rewards. 100% feud perk boost.

I bought a bunch of stuff of the ruby flash feud market and got the 100% feud perk boost. When I went to claim the rewards from my inbox I received an error. No the feud perk is not showing up and I am unable to equip the perk. Not sure if I received everything else I was supposed to or not but mainly I am concerned about the feud perk boost as that will drastically affect the current contest. Please help.
