TP bags missing from inventory

Typical Support cases like lost in-game items, account reports, etc. should always go directly to the Support.

I tried to contact them twice and I thought I might find better explanation/progress for me here in the forum. Please check out my situation.

What exactly is not working?

3 "50 TP of all color bags" from league 17 rewards went missing from my inventory.

Where in the game did it happen?

in game inventory, loots section, grab bags.

What are the steps to reproduce it?

1. Claimed the 3 "50 TP of all color bags" from league 17 rewards
2. Check them in your in inventory to see if they are there.
3. Check the inventory next day and find them missing.

When or since when did it happen?

1) 50 TP All Colors = 3 - 07/09/2021, 5:05:39 am UTC. They were claimed from league 17 rewards at above mentioned time according to support. Went missing within 24 hrs without opening them.

How often do you experience this issue?

First time having such issue.

What device are you playing on?

Laptop, Web portal.

Which OS and game version?

Windows 10, game version : 21070900.0.512

What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name)

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

Refreshed the browser, clear cache, reload the game few times to make sure they really are missing, contacted support and issued a ticket, got an unsatisfactory answer( I issued ticket regarding TP bag went missing, support gave me answer I claimed them from rewards at 50 TP All Colors = 3 - 07/09/2021, 5:05:39 am UTC. ), issued another ticket again for the same issue and got answered another vague answer and close my ticket.

Any Screenshots or videos of the issue that help us to understand it better?

What I don't understand is if they can't find any info about loss of TP bags, are they supposed to be still in my inventory? if so where are they and how can I find it? Here is screenshot of my inventory right at this moment as I wrote this.

Please advice me for better understanding of the situation and let me know if I'm missing something obvious that support think I should know.

Please don't include screenshots from support. You would need to work with support for any missing items.

Thanks for taking care of that for me. I included them for you guys to understand the situation. I am not bashing or blaming them here, I just want to know what happened to me and for me to understand how to proceed.
