Endless loading loop with Balor

What exactly is not working?

Each time I try to use a Finn Balor character during the blitz, the game goes into endless loading mode and requires me to restart, losing all of the character’s health. This forces me to have to quit the blitz entirely. This is happening to several of my faction mates as well.

Balor Blitz and LT tour

What are the steps to reproduce it?

Try to play any match with any Balor

When or since when did it happen?

Since Mutant Balor event began

How often do you experience this issue?

75 percent of the time

What device are you playing on?

IPhone 12

Reinstall does not work

Actually, it’s happening with any superstar in any mode. I suspect the latest update is causing this.

Every blitz match and LT tour, any character

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

Refresh, restart and reinstall game. Removed Titan Balor from feud line up and restarted game. Switched from WiFi to cell data. Tried logging into pc to play from portal
