    not sure if this is the right place for this but my game has been frozen at load up screen for 6 weeks with no help or something locution in sight…I keep trying to reach someone but get emails that keep saying “haven’t heard back from me”…WTH…I have been trying to contact somebody in customer support for 6 weeks now and have gotten the runaround… I am a subscriber of WWE champions 21 and ever since trying to use the suggested scopely ID to sign in and save my game my game will not go past the load screen on my iphone (all updated etc) Now I have lost out in 6 weeks worth of rewards, perks, monies, updates etc. I would like someone to contact me and work with me directly through email not as a help ticket to resolve this issue. My in game username is Mtndew…additionally, I do get a random response, always from someone different, saying they are “aware” of the issue and “someone” is “working” on it but nothing has changed all the while I get emails saying “we haven’t heard from you in awhile” so we are going go ahead and “close” the case!?!?!?!?!?
