Portal Last Activity Date

I tried searching but couldn't find any results for this. when logged into the portal "last activity" slowly crept from a few days ago all the way up to "a month ago" now and none of my account is updated for upgrades or roster talent, etc. I know multiple people in my faction also aren't seeing up to date login info on their accounts. Thanks.
