  1. What exactly is not working? - Seemingly everything? Red ring loading freeze in Android app and 2 errors when playing on the web app instead
  2. Where in the game did it happen? - Loading in to a match and while in matches
  3. What are the steps to reproduce it? - Seemingly try to play the game is all that is needed for it to break
  4. When or since when did it happen? 3 times in 11 matches this morning before even 11am
  5. How often do you experience this issue? Daily to multiple times daily
  6. What device are you playing on? Android phone, Web app in Chrome and Vivaldi
  7. Which OS and game version? 0.511.21062199
  8. What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name) M4rc
  9. What have you tried so far to fix it on your side? How do you expect me to fix your game constantly crashing?
