Auto blitz complete again!

So for 2nd time this month the daily blitz auto completes both matches without me even starting the match, so i could not get the daily reward. First time it happened i got reimbursement of points and blitz ticket but after this happened a few days ago and i sent in a ticket ive had no response. Contest will end soon and if i miss out on gear in final milestone due toa bug i will be hugely disappointed
