Events not tallying points properly.

Up until the Damien Priest event everything seemed to work as normal. In the DP event I purchased a $19.99 package that states you receive 20 event points. Then purchased a $4.99 package that states you receive 5 event points. Upon going to collect the 25 points milestone reward it was not available. It remained unavailable until I spent more money. It said I had 25 points, but because I had only spent 24.98. I could not collect the reward.
