Glitches During Tours & Blitz

I have many members of my faction reporting they're experiencing game freeze, crashes, red buffering circles, wi-fi/power pop ups, error messages etc. while playing tours and blitz. I don't believe this is an isolated issue. There are too many having the issue at once. Is there a way to report this so Scopely can investigate? Also if they detect a issue they we should receive a confirmation message along with blitz tickets and health packs. They're being wasted from the errors during gameplay.

Im having the same issues recently. It takes much longer to open the app. And today i get a “loading” sign at nearly any fight which makes the game nearly unplayable. Sometimes the “loading” disappears after several mins and i can finish. But usually i have to restart and lose all my health.

Since we got 250 free ghp, thats not the problem so far. But i cant really do more blitzes (since it takes ages to always reload and hope that they let me finish this time) and will probably wait until tomorrow before i do the trish tour.

I hope the game will be fixed by tomorrow since this seems to be a common bug. And my internet connection is definitely not the problem.

to answer scopely’s questions:

1.) the app opens very slowly when i want to start a battle, there often appears a “loading” and then nothing happens. Sometimes it also happens within a battle when i do a certain move.

2.) at the very beginning when i press start or after doing a move.

3.) i tried gauntlet blitz and daily tour several times and it keeps happening.

4.) it happened from time to time the last days already. But only few times. today instead its really a lot.

5.) around 10 times today

9.) i restarted the game several times, i emptied cache. Doesnt help

Actually it got better now. Its still a bit slow to start the app. But i havent had the “loading” issue any more when i did those new tours. I guess it was just a hiccup then and hopefully is resolved for good.
